We love to re-purposing old things.  

Previously we wrote about old fuses that we turned into two bedside table lamps for our children's new home.

We are now also the owners of two re-purposing fuse lights for our guest rooms bedside tables.  

A small hole is drilled into both ends through which you can remove the silica crystals.
Once cleaned the brazing of the copper fittings can begin.     

The base is cut from a piece of left-over Oregon pine wood.
Some trimmings are added and the wiring is done.
